Best-Fit On-Boarding Process

Our Best-Fit On-boarding service helps clients to identify any potential integration risks and prepares the selected candidate for effective on-boarding. We monitor the new hire’s ongoing progress so we can help detect any issues before they escalate.

preparing candidate for culture fit

Before Joining

Once the preferred candidate is selected we support them from resignation to joining, ensuring they are prepared for the new culture and induction process. We highlight any Fit-risk areas to the client to facilitate a smooth on-boarding.

immediate support to asset management hire

First 2 Months

We keep in contact with the candidate to provide initial integration support and highlight any potential challenges with the client.

medium-term support to asset management hire

6 - 12 Months

We keep in touch with both the candidate and client and after 12 months we conduct a client satisfaction assessment to determine the candidate’s performance and ‘Fit’ within the organisation.

The Evidence

"Godliman take the time to understand our culture and our values and have consistently found us high-quality people who fit us well. Those hires also keep in touch with Godliman and appreciate the support that they get when it is their turn to look for talent."

We have worked with Godliman Partners for 18 years and they have provided us with a first-rate executive search service. We have continued to go back to them because they understand our business but also our culture. This means they are better able to identify candidates with the fit that we are looking for using their excellent research process. Beyond getting results, they are also a great team to work with.
